Wood is such a wonderful, versatile material. Each species, Cherry, Maple, Walnut, Purple Heart, Ash, Redwood and more have unique properties. Once opened and exposed to our view the grain patterns captivate while we enjoy using the fruits of a tree's labors.
As you can see we enjoy the entire experience--the texture, aroma, grain patterns, and overall beauty--of wood. It is classic, living and recyclable material. After carefully selelcting each peice of lumber, we custom hand-craft each component creating long lasting quality.

A short note about wood: Trees don't know they may be furniture and other human use products one day. Like humans they have bruises, bumps, and scrapes we call, burls, figuring, knots, bark inclusions, grain patterns, and more. All of which we celebrate! These features have no effect on the overall quality or strength of the products.

With proper care your new Flume Road Craft Works wood products will last many years. This care is so important we wrote a use and care guide and provide additional treatment products to help your item last.
Failing to follow the use and care guide will allow changes in the wood, may cause premature product failure and will void your warranty below.
Flume Road Craft Works warrants to the original purchaser all product purchased to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date shipped.
Flume Road Craft Works will, at it’s sole discretion, repair or replace merchandise covered by this warranty. Product components used in our crafting process but created by others also carry a one (1) year warranty. Specialty products. These warranties apply to products produced, installed, and/or sold by Flume Road Craft Works only. Non-Standard material selected by the customer is not warranted.
This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration or misuse, as well as damage from normal wear and tear such as dents, nicks, scratches, fading and improper maintenance. The Flume Road Craft Works warranty is valid only when products are given proper use and care. Flume Road Craft Works assumes no responsibility for product damages resulting from installation or user modification.
All warranty claims must be submitted by the original owner to warranty@flumeroad.com. Owner may be required to produce the original invoice or other evidence to establish a claim is within the warranty period.
